When Frank Burke's mother, a distinguished lady in her eighties, wasn't enjoying her meal delivery service, Frank went looking for a healthy, delicious alternative.
"The only time I heard my mother swear, was when she described the meals she was eating through her regular meal delivery service. I knew that there had to be another option out there and it was important that at the age of eighty, my mother maintained her weight and enjoyed her food," commented Frank.
Frank discovered Tender Loving Cuisine (TLC), an independent organisation delivering high quality meals and he organised a delivery for his mother.
